JWR is able to provide quality refinishing to wheels. If your wheel has clear coat, paint damage, corrosion, curb rash nicks or scrapes we are able to restore your wheel to near factory conditions. While this damage may seem cosmetic only, what happens is that the protective layer of paint or powder coat has been removed in that area, exposing the raw aluminum to the elements. This will eventually lead to oxidation, and corrosion of the base material. This can lead to low density areas in the aluminum which leak air from the tires or be more likely to crack during normal driving. Our goal is to provide the best refinishing service at the lowest cost possible. Please allow 3-5 business days for refinish work.

JWR offers top of the line powder coat, ceramic and prismatic finishes. First JWR will check for bends or any damage then chemically striped to ensure a bare/raw material then again rechecked and repair any damage. Thoroughly washed with a reverse osmosis water system to insure a perfect powder coated rim, we then mask off back pad and center bore of rim and finally powdered and bakes at 393 degree for 1 hour. Basic single stage powder coating takes 3-4 working days and prismatic and ceramic can take up to 7-10 working days. Most rim center caps are plastic and can’t be powder coated so we can paint the caps to match your rims. We also carry a variety of plastic rivets witch a lot of aftermarket wheels come with and would need to be replaced if powder coated.
